At Europa Group, passing on knowledge is at the heart of our mission. And we firmly believe in the importance of work-study programs for training tomorrow's talent. This year, we had the pleasure of welcoming 12 work-study students who share our values and vision. Here's how we have adapted to integrate them in the best possible way:
1- A personalized welcome: To facilitate their integration, we organized a “Café des alternants” at the start of the new school year. It's an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other, exchange ideas and feel part of our adventure.
2- Dedicated support: Aware of the challenges of work-study programs, we have created an internal guide for managers to help them effectively support our alternants in their professional careers.
3- A long-term commitment: We are vigilant and attentive to the needs of our alternants, convinced that their success is also our success!
Thank you to Paul Floutard, Léa Jamet, Grégoire Bresson, Juliette Priouzeau, Emma Deveza, Lou Doussiet, Hugo Cuvelier, Tallula Louis Maeva Marlant, Thomas Lauze, Aksel Desbois and Julien Riitling for joining us this year, and for most of them for another year of work-study!
